All of the written documentation has been stored in a single folder, while the accompanying audio files are grouped for each part or section of the program (the audio files were too large to upload into one zip folder). So, what you have below is :

To download,  either click on the icon to open up the file or folder on your computer and then save the files into a location of your choice on your system, or right click and choose 'save as' to save the file/folder to your chosen location. Each of the downlaods is stored as a compressed zip file, which will open by double clicking on the folder on your computer if you have winzip installed (most pc's come with a winzip feature preloaded as standard. If you find that you don't have winzip, you can download it for free here
