SEPTEMBER EQUINOX 2011

I often receive emails asking whether I will be creating a meditation for either the solstice or equinox aligments and my answer is always - I usually only create them when I have received instructions from 'on high' to do so. While there was no such instruction for the summer solstice this year, I had a very clear notification on 21 Sept to create a new equinox meditation for today. It put me under a bit of pressure as I am running a workshop this weekend, but then Divine Timing is always exactly right!

So, very simply the instruction was to work with and recognise that we are each, as divine humans, a living breathing "Sacred Site" - a portal to divine consciousness and that we can create our very own sacred site no matter where we are or what we may be doing. As we do this, we serve the collective by providing a sacred space so that others who 'enter our space' are able to connect with their own Truth and a higher vibration. We therefore don't have to travel geographically in order to experience physical sacred sites as we literally become them!

Equinoxes for me are also a perfect opportunity to bring our energies into a higher state of balance and so also expand our heart consciousness. For me, they are a true "Diamond Time".

This is an exercise that I was advised (by the Higher PTB)  can be used daily as preparation for the massive energetic portal of 11-11-11. As we strengthen and restore our own Sacred Sites, we energise the new planetary grids and enable a stabilisation of the new energetic blueprints for humanity's evolution. We also prepare our energy fields to absorb and make positive and powerful use of the incoming celestial energies.

The Diamond Equinox Journey March 2011 - Healing the Collective Unconscious

                                                                                                                           The 20 March marks the first powerful Equinox for 2011 

Equinoxes are traditionally a time when we have a powerful opportunity to restore and calibrate our being to a higher level of balance. As we hold the opposing polarities within ourselves we have the opportunity to experience an even greater alignment with Higher Consciousness and to bring that into earthly expression. It is the diamond that facilitates our connection and achievement of this intent.

This very special equinox meditation journey is a continuation of the 333 solstice meditation that thousands participated in in December 2010. It deepens the process that we began then, by actually connecting us with our ancestral history and helping to heal the psychic imprints of traumas in the collective energy fields of humanity. Now, more than ever, this collective healing is needed.  Interestingly, as the editing for this recording was completed I looked at the time length and it was exactly 30.33 mins! Divine synchronicity was definitely at work.

The shift is intensifying and this can clearly be seen all around us in the world. Our collective history is calling out to be cleansed, healed, forgiven and held in loving balance so that together we can co-create a magnificent future for all where justice, fairness, love, creativity, health, joy and peace are manifest. To do this we will also need to hold our own core energy ever more strongly in the turbulent times ahead.

You can continue to use the meditation as often as you like beyond the equinox. Each time you use it, it will amplify the impact and the healing of humanity.

The diamond or octahedral energy field is orientated around the body such that the centre of the diamond is aligned with the tip of your tailbone - this is the exact geometric centre of the body. Within this framework is an actual matrix of light that connects us to a multitude of planetary and other personal and multidimensional grids.

 I wanted to tell  you've done a  powerful, moving Meditation for the Equinox.  The tears were flowing down my cheeks as I arrived at the entrance with a couple of deer's by the pillars. How perfect? I was touched by the lilac silver flowers in the healing pools. I smiled as I submerged my self with my ancestors deep in the pool. My mother was besides me ( she past over when I was sixteen .We needed to heal some issues as she comforted me. Tears again. I will certainly repeat this meditation to continue what we have begun.
